- 崗位職責(zé):
1、圍繞政務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)業(yè)務(wù)需求,負(fù)責(zé)政務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)類項(xiàng)目數(shù)據(jù)架構(gòu)頂層規(guī)劃及詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì);
2、理解政務(wù)行業(yè)各局委業(yè)務(wù),轉(zhuǎn)化為對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)的分析挖掘建模需求,能通過數(shù)據(jù)分析手段,挖掘政務(wù)業(yè)務(wù)問題和痛點(diǎn),針對(duì)業(yè)務(wù)問題進(jìn)行深度診斷性組合分析、挖掘和建模;
3、負(fù)責(zé)大數(shù)據(jù)平臺(tái)方案規(guī)劃及方案實(shí)施,包括數(shù)據(jù)匯聚體系、數(shù)據(jù)融合加工體系、數(shù)據(jù)管控體系、數(shù)據(jù)開放共享體系等;
4、負(fù)責(zé)業(yè)務(wù)基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)體系建設(shè),包括搭建基于業(yè)務(wù)分析的政務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)資源平臺(tái),及數(shù)據(jù)分類、主題、規(guī)范制定等;
5、制定數(shù)據(jù)資產(chǎn)管理的規(guī)范,發(fā)布流程,梳理數(shù)據(jù)資產(chǎn),制定管理準(zhǔn)則,制定數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量監(jiān)控規(guī)則,及實(shí)施數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量分析。
